The Georgian weather department has released another report on expected weather conditions. The report covers the weather forecast for the next three days, from June 16-18, 2026.
On June 16-17, warm and mostly cloudy weather is expected, and on June 18, it will rain, and some hail is possible. Short rain with thunderstorms is expected in Tbilisi at night and in the evening. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +29, +31 degrees.
Coastal districts (Batumi, Kobuleti, Anaklia, Poti): On June 16-17, the weather is expected to be warm and cloudy, and on June 18, it will rain.
The air temperature in the afternoon will be +27 to +29 degrees. In the lower districts of West Georgia (Zestafoni, Kutaisi, Samtredia, Zugdidi, Martvili, Ozurgeti): On June 16-17, the weather is expected to be warm, and on June 18, it will rain. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +29, +31 degrees.
In the mountainous regions of Western Georgia (Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri, Shovi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Khulo, Ricoti Pass): On June 16-17, the weather is expected to be warm and unpleasant, and on June 18, it will rain. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +27 to +29 degrees.
In the highland regions of Western Georgia (Mestia, Bakhmaro): On June 16-17, the warm and non-rainy weather is expected, and on June 18, it will rain. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +24 to +26 degrees.
In Kartli (Rustavi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Garabani, Gori, Tskhinvali): Some short rain and lightning are expected, hail is possible. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +28 to +30 degrees.
In Kakheti (Sagarejo, Telavi, Gurjaani, Signaghi, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta, Dedofliskaro): Some short rain and lightning are expected, with possible hail. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +28 to +30 degrees.
In the mountainous regions of Eastern Georgia (Akhaltsikhe, Borjomi, Dusheti, Tianeti, Pasanauri), some short rain and lightning are expected, and hail is possible. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +27 to +29 degrees.
In the highland regions of Eastern Georgia (Akhalkalaki, Tsalka, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Omalo), some short rain and lightning are expected, and hail is possible. The air temperature in the afternoon will be +20 to +22 degrees.
