Georgia: Giorgi Zhorzholiani gaves an apartment to Arm wrestling world champion, Vakhtang Akhobadze in the development complex as a gift.
Notably, Vakhtang Akhobadze won the gold medal for the second time at the World Paramarm Wrestling Championship and named his country.
The champion won the first gold medal at the 2015 World Championship in Malaysia. The athlete has received many other prizes, along with gold medals.
“It all started with a friend tagging me in a Facebook post where I saw we were all missing out on a significant story and success.” Kutaisi, my childhood neighborhood, is a fighter man. I realized it was time to act, and I began to think about what I, a resident of Kutaisi, could have done for my childhood companion… I decided to gift Vakhtang Akhobadze an apartment personally. My decision also came with great encouragement from my team members, which meant resolving technical and administrative issues at a fantastic pace. It’s great happiness when you can do something for someone or another person that makes them happy. Vakhtang Akhobadze made the whole country happy, and he returned to Georgia silently. At the same time, the group will work to promote each athlete participating in the 2024 World Pararmwrestling Championships.
“My wish is to broaden the path of Vakhtang’s success, which is an example for every Georgian in society. For this reason, we will broadcast the hard work of our champion in various media as much as possible so that he becomes an example for many people” – Giorgi Zhorzholiani.
At Giorgi Jorzholiani’s initiative, the group will start working on promoting not only the current world champion but also the members of each team of parameters, which will be presented as an essential project.
