Adjara, Georgia: The Adjara High Council approved the Adjara government and the government’s action plan on December 31, 2024, Tuesday. The Chairman of the Adjara Government highlighted the common goal of the residents of Adjara.
In the meeting, Adjara Government Chairman Tornike Rizhvadze noted that all efforts will be directed towards achieving the common goal, which is to create maximum welfare for each resident.
He declared, “Over the years, we have dealt with a number of challenges, solved a number of problems, helped a lot of people, and in parallel with those social, infrastructure projects, we all had a dream and a mission to make Adjara, Batumi a real shining star tourist destination and I am glad that this goal has been achieved.”
He expressed his gratitude towards the ministers and thanked them. The Minister stated, ” I would like to thank the ministers for their hard work. Our next goal should be unfinished service to our people, our population and economically strong families in Adjara. “That is why we must make all efforts to achieve this common goal, mission, ” he added.
“I would like to thank once again the team of “Georgian Dream” for the confidence shown to its founder, thank you to each of you for a fruitful discussion, both during the committee hearings and today, ” the minister stated in his speech.
Rizhvadze is also sure that his work will directly contribute in the welfare of the society and he also noted about this saying, “I am sure that our work, our tasks, will create maximum welfare first of all to each Adjarian and will make the life of our fellow citizens even safer and more comfortable,” said Tornike Rizhvadze.
It is also unfolded that the composition of the Adjara government will remain same. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports Maya Khajishvili, Minister of Agriculture Zaza Shavadze, Minister of Finance and Economy Jaba Putkaradze and Minister for Health and Social Protection Nino Nizharadze were represented.
