The Law and Social Sciences department of Shota Rustaveli State University launched a double diploma English-language master’s programs. This has been launched in collaboration with Mikolas Romeris University (MRU) in Lithuania.
These programs will be offered in two specialized areas to student in following two areas.
1:-International and European Business Law
2:-International Law
As per information under this initiative, students of university will have the opportunity to take courses at Mikolas Romeris University. Moreover they automatically receives credit recognition at BSU. This collaboration between the university and other organisation enhances academic mobility and provides students with a pathway to earn diplomas from both institutions.
It is worth to note that on September 5, 2024, BSU and MRU formalized their partnership by signing an agreement on cooperation and educational credit transfer for students’ welfare.
Moreover, this agreement, registered with the National Centre for Quality Development, ensures that students studying at MRU will have their credits recognized at BSU to streamline the process for earning a double diploma.
As part of the program’s launch, representatives from both universities convened to discuss key aspects, including curriculum structure, study conditions, and funding opportunities. The meeting highlighted the mutual benefits of this partnership and underscored the commitment of both institutions to providing high-quality legal education.
