Tbilisi: The Legal Ethics Department of New Vision University invited application from interested candidates for the new course on legal ethics and practical skills. The new program will be implemented with support of the USAID Rule of Law Program.
While sharing further information on the new program, the university official said that “This new program has been launched keeping in view the changing trends in field of law. The 3rd-4th year undergraduate and master’s degree students of law faculties of higher education institutions authorized in Georgia can participate in the Winter School selection competition.”
At the same time this is also to be added that, the topics which will be covered in this competition includes the following:
- Legal Ethics
- Legal Writing and Argumentation
- Procedural Skill
- Negotiation Skills
The representative of university revealed that, the Winter School will be held on February 15-19, in Kakheti, at the Hotel “Kacheris Ambassador”. The costs of transportation, accommodation and meals of participants will be fully covered by the USAID Rule of Law Program.
Those interested in participating in the Winter School should fill out the application form no later than January 31. The official Facebook page of new vision university also had detailed information about the new program as well.

As far as issues of legal ethics in concerned legal community of any country need to follow some ethical parameter for maintaining legal standard. Similarly, students will come to know about the technical aspects of argumentation and procedural skills.
