Rustavi: The city hall administration of Rustavi is executing many development works. Civil servant training is also going on to improve administration.
It is worth noting that the new stage of municipal services reform is underway in Rustavi City Hall. The main objective of these works is to retrain and raise the qualifications of civil servants employed in the municipality so that the administration work can be run without any problems in the future.
Notably  with consistent efforts Rustavi City Hall develops training modules through the Municipal Services Development Center. It was created within the framework of the reforms initiative and provides training courses for its employees to improve services.
Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze and the delegate of Rustavi and Gardabani  Irakli Shatakishvili  together with the deputy Mayor, attended an important ceremony during their visit to the historical villages. The ceremony was held to hand over the certificates to the 25 employees of Rustavi City Hall who recently completed management skills training.
More than 100 employees of Rustavi City Hall have already completed the ongoing training courses within the framework of municipal services reforms. With the addition of new employees, the strength will also increase. The Center for Reforms also plans to train municipal transport drivers on the standards of behaviour with disabled people and train the City Hall employees. Disabled people used to complain about not getting proper treatment.
So the city hall decided to train its employees  that they could provide the best services to people with disabilities.The Mayor also extended her best wishes to all the members who were awarded certificates. Â
She also encouraged them to do the job with complete dedication to the welfare of people. On the other hand the employees who got certificates thanked the Mayor and city hall administration. They assured the Mayor that they would do their best for the welfare of the citizens.
