Mayor of Tetritskaro Municipality wishes citizens on New Year

Tetritskaro Municipality, Georgia: The Mayor of Tetritskaro Municipality, Giorgi Tsiklauri, addressed the citizens of his district with a New Year message, expressing his optimism and gratitude for the achievements of 2023 and the prospects of 2024.

In his speech, the Mayor congratulated the citizens, colleagues, friends and families on the New Year 2024, wishing them joy, longevity, happiness and success. He also praised the country for welcoming the New Year with many good news, such as the EU candidate status and the economic recovery.

The Mayor highlighted the progress made in his municipality in 2023, thanks to the support and assistance of the central government. He mentioned some of the good deeds that were done in the district, such as the improvement of infrastructure, the promotion of tourism, the support of agriculture and the enhancement of social services.

The Mayor expressed his confidence that in 2024, with a new passion, mutual respect, unity and love, the citizens of Tetritskaro Municipality would be able to develop their corner better and contribute to the prosperity of Georgia.

The Mayor concluded his message by wishing everyone peace, health and happiness in the New Year 2024.

Tetritskaro Municipality

Tetritskaro Municipality is a district of Georgia in the region of Kvemo Kartli. Its main town is Tetritskaro. The municipality is located in the eastern part of Georgia and is a self-governing unit in the Kvemo Kartli region.

The administrative centre is the town Tetritskaro, which is located on the place of the historic village of Garisi. The famous Garisi battle against the Qizilba tribes occurred in this village in 1556. This region is characterized by beautiful nature and many ancient cultural monuments.
