The Special Investigation Service agency of the Georgia has arrested a minor. He has been arrested for the violation of private life and forcing sexual acts. The accused is aged 17 years and a minor under the Georgian law.
As per the initial reports the investigation in this regard was conducted the law enforcement agencies has established that in the year of 2023 the juvenile accused interacted with 16-year-old girl, through the social media messenger.
Afterward the victim voluntarily sent him a video recording of herself dancing. Later on the accused asked the victim to record and send an intimate video otherwise threatening that he will edit the phots of the victim and will send the nude images of victim to her parents and other relatives.
After receiving threat from the accused the victim recorded an intimate video in the bathroom of his apartment and sent to the accused via “Messenger”.
After sending the video of the intimate content the accused demanded the victim to perform sexual acts with him and then record and send the video. He again threatened to share the above intimate content with parents and relatives of victim as well.
After threatening and coercion the frightened victim recorded a sexual video and sent it to the accused. Meanwhile the Special Investigations Service in the best interests of the juveniles conducted the investigation in a short time. During a personal search of the mobile phone intimate content of a minor girl was found and removed after which the accused was arrested.
The juvenile who has been accused of withholding privacy and coercing other acts of sexual character, was charged. The Georgian laws are very strict regarding the sexual offences. If the accused found guilty the accused can be sent up to 7 years in prison. The Special Investigation Service continues to investigate this matter to extract more details as well.
