The Georgian tea festival will be held in Shekventili under the Ozurgeti city hall administration. The festival will take place on August 13 at Musician Park of Shekvetili.
The Mayor of the Ozuergeti city hallbwhile inviting the people to attend the festival has shared the details of the festival on his official facebook page. The Mayor’s Facebook post stated “Dear fellow citizens of the municipality as we have promised you now we are holding a festival “Tea Way” in Shekvetili. The festival will be a step forward to promote the popularity of our municipality and Georgian tea culture, the realization of local products, our tourist locations at Guria and increase awareness.”
The Facebook post also added, “ The municipality’s representatives are Inviting and waiting for you all with your families on August 13, from 14:00, in Shekvetili, in Musicians Park.” It is to be mentioned explicitly that the Tea making masterclass, local entrepreneurs with their own products, fun activities for children, dance performance, and “Night Show Band” concert will be there for the entertainment of people from all around the country.
Mayor also thanked and extended his gratitude for the Black Sea Arena and Music Park administration and stated, “Thanks to Black Sea Arena and Music Park administration for their support.” Meanwhile to spread awareness of the tea festival the municipality employees also took to the streets and distributed the information material.
This distribution material includes distributing the flyers to the citizens of Daba Ureki and Sheketili and inviting them personally to attend the event with their family members. The exhibition site will also feature photo exhibitions, expert master classes, fun activities for children and a dedicated dance performance.
As per the information shared by the organization the event will conclude with the performance of the night show band. The fireworks will also mesmerize the audience and provide them with lifelong experience.
Social media also appreciated the municipality’s initiative in this direction. According to the social media user this will promote Georgian tea on a large scale. Moreover in the future year the markets of Georgian tea will be expanded to other countries of the world as well.
