Castries, Saint Lucia: The Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Ernest Hilaire, attended the opening ceremony of the Independence Business Expo, which is organized within the framework of Saint Lucia’s 44th Independence Anniversary. Alongside Hilaire, Minister Emma Hippolyte and other Cabinet Ministers were also present at the Independence event of Saint Lucia.
Notably, the event has been organized and administered by Export Saint Lucia and is meant to provide a platform to showcase many small to medium businesses and Saint Lucia’s indigenous and highly creative stuff in the two-day Expo, being held at the city centre, stated Deputy PM Hilaire.
The Expo Saint Lucia authorities urged everyone to attend the Expo while stating The Independence Business Expo just keeps getting better! Make sure to check out our entrepreneurs at Constitution Park and William Peter Boulevard on the 16th & 17th of February, which will also include the Jazz Hour from noon.”
The Expo Saint Lucia also expressed their immense pleasure over the success of the event. They also took to Facebook, where they shared glimpses of the event. The authorities also highlighted the opportunity to attend the event on its final day i.e. February 17, 2023.
The authorities also urged the citizens to purchase local made goods and accessories for National Colours Day on February 20 for the sake of the benefit of small local enterprises.
