The Mayor of Dmanisi Municipality of Georgia opened a new sports stadium. He said this will help the people who want to explore more opportunities in sports field of country as well as want to live a healthy life.
It is worth noting that the Dmanisi Municipality is working for overall development of the city. Many initiatives have already been taken for welfare of its residents as well. This sports complex in another example of welfare work being executed by the Municipality as well.
The official of the Municipality took to social media handles to share this important information. Moreover they also shared glimpses of this historic moment of opening of this new stadium as well.
At the opening of event of the sports stadium Mayor also addressed the attendees. As per the Mayor, one of our main goals is to ensure that every village has modern sports infrastructure, which will create better conditions for young people and population. He  underlined that,we are fulfilling one more promise with the handing over of this newly sports complex as well.
On the other hand, new recreational spaces and modern sports fields were also opened in the villages of Mamishlo and Bazaklo, where young people will have the opportunity to exercise and relax in the new space. This project is another step towards developing and improving the quality of life in our villages.
The officials said that the total cost of this project is 800000,00 GEL. They also disclosed the plan to execute more such projects shorty which will uplift the overall living standard of people as well.
On this occasion of opening new sports stadium people from local areas were also present, they expressed their gratitude towards the official of the municipality. The social media user while reacting to the Facebook post of Mayor also extended congratulation.
They said that this project will be very beneficial for all the people of area. They express hopes that the youth of area of who want to join sports as profession will benefitted with this new sports complex.
