Mtskheti: Competition “My beautiful message to my beloved mother” held in city hall

The administration of the Mtskheti municipality city hall held a competition under the name “My beautiful message to my beloved mother”. The winners were awarded with beautiful gift items as well.

As per the information  the main purpose of the competition was to discover talented musicians, prose writers and artists, and talented people living in Mtskheti municipality. On this occasion  the  Mayor of Mtskheti Municipality, Dimitri Zurabishvili awarded the participants of the project invited to the Mtskheti City Hall. He was accompanied by the members of the education and culture department and the competition commission.

This important competition was managed on the initiative and organization of the Department of Education and Culture of Mtskheti Municipality. There were four categories under the competition for writers, singers, and other skills.

 

Almost eighty six participants took part in the project in two age categories the first one was for the person between the age of   10-13 years whereas the second category covers the participants between the ages of 14-18 years.

After the assessment of their respective performances Giorgi Ismeilashvili and Nino Tsiklauri were declared winners in the category of young talented artists. Similalrly Barbara Khatisashvili and Ana Arkhielidze were declared winners in the category of talented prose writers.

Otar Zasokashvili was selected as a winner under the talented musician’s category. Tamar Kapanadze and Mariam Litanishvili become winners under any other type of artistic work.

A significant number of talented people turned up to display their skills at the competition city hall.  Some music enthusiastic performed with their musical instrument to mesmerize the audience. The audience lauds the performance of the contestant.

The young artists seemed to be very happy after receiving the awards and certificate of participation from the Mayor and another representative of the municipality. They also thanked the mayor for such a great initiative to encourage the young talent also.
