Tbilisi: With an aim to provide world-class facility to its citizen health ministry of Georgia, come with a new single window system. This facility will allow Georgian citizens to avail all the health and social sector-related services in one place.
It is to be specifically mentiond that a Center of Health Ministry has been opened recently in Tbilisi. At this centre, citizens will receive complete and continuous services for social services, promotion of employment and national health agencies, as well as state care and assistance for victims of trafficking, in one place with the use of a newly introduced single window system.
In the meantime, Zurab Azarashvili, Minister of Health, visited the newly opened centre together to get the latest updates on the new facility. He visited here along with his deputy, Tamar Barkalaia.
As per the health minister of Georgia Zurab Azarashvili, 15 service centres will be opened across the country, on the principle of one window.These centres will provide doorstep services to citizens.
Moreover, as per the minister, these centres will provide hassle-free services for citizens.
During his visit to the centre health minister of Georgia held an interaction session with the staff members of the centre. He also gets information in detail from the staff. He also asked the staff members to tell him if assistance or help is required to make the centre more accessible to large sections of society.
These newly built centre have beautiful exterior and interior looking. At each centre, four to five help cum reception desks have been established. At these help centres, people can get registered for whatever services they want .
The Centres are very neat and clean to welcome the citizens here. On each reception cum help desk electronic number display board is installed. People can see their turn number on these display boards.
The reception cum waiting area is a big hall. on one wall big LED screen is installed. On this screen, all the facilities have been mentioned that are being provided at this centre.
Similarly on one wall big watch has been installed for the time management. For proper and cool air ventilation, wall mounted as well as standing Air conditioner system has been erected.
There is a full and proper lighting system at these centres to make the centre easy and useful for all people, especially if they are old age persons.
At the end of his visit to the centre, the health minister said that the government is planning to provide more civic amenities to citizens at their doorsteps.
Many people expressed their happiness about the opening of this centre they said that it would be great if more such centres opened in other parts of the country as well.
