On Thursday, February 6 a significant conference was held at Gori state university. The conference was held at initiative of the practical law clinic and department of social sciences of Gori state university.
This was the eighth interuniversity scientific conference of students on topic “Current Issues of Law”. At the opening of this very important conference the Reactor of Gori State University Professor Aleksandre Mghebrishvili have welcomed the participants. He also thanked all the students for their participation in this conference.
Moreover, Reactor also thanked the students and organisers of the conference for their active involvement to learn news things while wishing them all the best for their bright future during his address to students as well.
At the same time the participants were welcomed by the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law of Gori State University, Professor Marika Sherazadishvili, Head of the Educational Process Management Service, Professor Tsiuri Duruli, Head of the Department of Social Sciences, Dr. Ivane Balakhashvili.
The students of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in law and public administration of higher educational institutions of Georgia participated in the conference in which 162 student papers were presented.
The key speakers apprise attending students about the latest development in the field of law. They while underling the current development in field of law across the shed light on challenging being faced by legal community as well.
Similarly, some legal experts shared information how these challenges can be overcome. The students also got opportunity to ask question to the key speakers and organisers of the seminar.
Some asks employment opportunities being offered by companies associated with field of law. A presentation was also held on this occasion for all the attendee students to give them clear information about the topic as well.
