Georgia: The process of making crosses, conducted by the direct monitoring of the National Agency for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Georgia, was led by the project works.
According to the project, models were made based on which molds were made and which brass crosses were poured. They are currently being processed; we will get the final face of the crosses. The crosses were carried out under the supervision of architect-restorers.
Parallelly, the anti-seismic belt on the gate bell is being installed, and the construction to attach the cross is being prepared. This happens in the St. Project, which works on the Cathedral after George.
The blessing of the cross and the erection of the gate bell on the dome are planned for the near future.

On July 7, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze learned about the situation in the Alaverdi monastery complex, which was damaged by the natural disaster.
