The public school of Khashmi village of Sagarejo municipality has been rehabilitated. The school has been named after Revaz Inanishvili was in need of urgent rehabilitation and now finally have been renovated by authorities.
The newly rehabilitated school was opened by Georgian Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth Giorgi Jincharadze. He was accompanied by many other higher officers and government representatives of authorities.
It is to be noted that the work for rehabilitation of the village Khashmi school, supported by the Government of Georgia, the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth, has been implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science Infrastructure Development Agency.
At present the school building having rehabilitation cost more than 4 000 000 GEL have enrolment of 320 students. In parallel with learning spaces, the school will have fully furnished science and computer labs, sports and activity halls. In addition, the library, dining room, doctor’s office and resource room are equipped with latest equipment’s as well.
Within the framework of the infrastructure project, the school’s outdoor space and a sports field were also set up to provide world-class sports facilities to students. Mayor of Sagarejo Municipality Avtandil Gulikashvili and Irakli Kuprava, Director of SP Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency also participated in the school opening.
The glimpses of new building are shared on social media handles. The images publish to social media handles reflected that rehabilitation work has been executed with full dedication.
The windows of the building have been painted with colourful paintings. The interior of the school building also show that every care has been taken for beautification of the buildings by construction company.
The members of visiting delegation interacted with school staff also. The school staff apprised members of vising delegation about education facilities being offered in school.
The minster also assured to all who were present on this occasion for every possible assistance in future so that the school children can avail world class educational facilities in village public schools.
