Construction of Dominica International Airport continues in full swing

Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica: The construction of the International Airport in the country is going on at a full-swing, which can be clearly seen in the recent pictures of the Airport site shared by the Government of Dominica, led by Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit.

The International Airport Project carries considerable esteem and significance for the economy of the country, which has the ‘Tourism Industry’ as one of the significant contributors in growth and national development.

As per the Government of Dominica, the project after its completion would really add to the fortune of the country. The ease of accessibility and aerial connectivity to the Commonwealth of Dominica would definitely enhance influx of tourists in the country as well as the business related travellers into the country

At the same time, the creation of multiple jobs would also contribute towards the development of the local economy as well.

Meanwhile, the Dominica Labour Party (DLP) administration has been receiving accolades from the citizens of the country, which stated that many of the previous governments merely promised the construction of the International Airport in the country, but nothing ever was done on the grounds.

However, under the leadership of Prime Minister Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, the country will finally be receiving their first International Airport in the country.

It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Skerrit has paid personal visits to the site of the airport in Wesley to ensure that the best of material is used in construction. As noted, the airport infrastructure will be climate-resilient, which is one of its kind.

As the DLP officials stated, It is not every day that projects of such high worth are built. Therefore the successful construction of the International Airport in the Commonwealth of Dominica is what the Government and the citizens of the country should embrace.
