The construction of a new square and sports field on Kakhabri Street have been successfully completed in Batumi. The new sports field expected to be bring significant improvements to the area.
As per experts this project was designed to create a multifunctional space that caters to the needs of both children as well as elderly, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone living in locality.
The government representative added that, the square is now equipped with various attractions, including children’s play areas, sports trainers, and equipment suitable for school going children.
It is also to be noted that, these additions are intended to offer recreational opportunities for younger residents and to encouraging them for play and engagement.
At the same time the play areas, a brand-new lighting system has been installed, enhancing safety and creating a pleasant atmosphere for evening visits of local residents.
This modern lighting system which has been arranged will ensures that the square can be enjoyed at all hours of the day and night.The official said, the cost of the construction and installation work exceeds 836,000 GEL, reflecting the scale and quality of the project for public welfare. The official also said that this investment is part of a broader initiative by the municipality to improve urban spaces and create areas that promote community interaction and well-being of all residents.
