Georgia, Tbilisi: The capital state of Georgia, Tbilisi is ready to host the 2023 edition of the annual Exercise Agile Spirit. The event is a collaborative effort between the armies of Georgia and USAREUR-AF. The Expeditionary Training Support Division of the 7th Army Training Command, Training Support Activity Europe (TSAE), is observing the construction of a bunker.
The official social media account of the 7th Army Training Command shared the images from the bunker’s construction.
The members of the Expeditionary Training Support Division were present at the site of the construction. Notably, the members of the training division were equally involved in assisting with the construction of the bunker. The images shared on the social media account showed many Expeditionary Training Support Division members of the 7th Army Training Command present at the site.
7th Army Training Command is constructing the bunker before hosting the 2023 edition of the annual Exercise Agile Spirit. The training exercise will be held at the Vaziani Training Area near the country capital, Tbilisi, Georgia. The Expeditionary Training Support Division members came to observe the bunkers’ construction on August 12.
Agile Spirit is a yearly multilateral training exercise between the Georgian Defense Forces and U.S. Army in Europe and Africa. The activity between the armies of these regions is designed to promote unit cohesion and interoperability.
Further, the 7th Army Training Command’s Training Support Activity Europe (TSAE) Expeditionary Training Support Division (ETSD) provides the logistics, set-up, and operations of realistic ranges and combat training scenarios.
These gestures and scenarios are designed to meet U.S. and NATO forces’ training requirements supporting Agile Spirit. The the 7th Army Training Command’s Training Support Activity Europe Routinely deploys their personnel and equipment throughout Europe and Africa.
The contributions and oversight that the TSAE Expeditionary Training Support Division provide to the trainings ensure training accuracy, safety, discipline, and readiness, preparing participating units for any challenge that lies ahead.
