Dusheti:The heavy rainfall along with snowfall has created multiple problems for the locals of the Dusheti Municipality. The authorities are working to bring life to normal.
The municipality administrator while taking to their social media handles also shared visuals of ongoing work as well. The heavy machinery as well as snow-cutter have been already engaged by municipality officials for the clearing the roads and resumption of traffic movement.
The official Facebook page of municipality stated that, Due to heavy snowfall and bad weather, central and internal road cleaning works are ongoing in Dusheti Municipality. Dusheti Municipality Mayor Matsatso Narimanidze is in active communication with the mayor’s representatives and all relevant agencies regarding the issue.
“Road cleaning works are continuing in an intensive mode. Equipment is mobilized and working in all directions. Representatives of the mayor are involved in this process. We are in active communication with the population. The works will continue until the problem is eliminated,” said Matsatso Narimanidze.
Dusheti Municipality Mayor’s Office urges you to be careful and wishes you safe travel. They also advised people to stay inside their homes. Moreover, authorities also advised them to avoid unnecessary travel as roads become very slippery with heavy rainfall.
