Tornike Nadibaidze, a co-pilot of Georgian Airways, shared her journey in the aviation sector. He has been working with Georgian Airways for more than one year.
It should be specifically mentioned that the 24-year-old Tornike Nadibaidze is the youngest pilot of Georgian Airways. He has been working as a co-pilot in the airline company   and has more than 1200 flight hours experience.
Although he belonged to a doctor family and wanted to be a doctor but one flight changed his decision radically. He stated “I was in the 12th grade when I travelled in  a small plane for the first time, it was a tourist flight to Natakhtar. That very day  during the flight  I realized that I definitely wanted to connect my future with the aviation sector.”
He explained, “The most difficult process for me started after graduation. The coronavirus pandemic started  and to fly and gain experience  I started working in small aviation companies for free. However  my goal was always to join the big aviation companies  and I started working at “Georgian Airlines ” where I worked in  different  positions for several months  and then I continued to work as a pilot at “Georgian Airways.
He said “There is a saying – a good pilot  always learn. I received this advice from one of the lecturers at the aviation university, which I still take into account.” He gave the same advice to young people who dream of joining aviation and the profession of a pilot.
He said, “ Aviation is connected with freedom and independence. It is a different and non-routine profession, you may fly in the same direction every day for several days, but still  every day will be different. After every takeoff  when I see a new landscape  I feel happy . I say that I have a very cool profession  and I am happy that I am doing it.”
He urged interested students in the aviation sector to work hard to turn their dreams into reality.
